of Platform Use

01 Interpretation and Definitions

In this Agreement, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the cuci88 website, mobile application, and all services provided by cuci88 to registered members.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile that grants access to cuci88 services.
• "Account Funds" refers to the cash balance in the account that can be used for wagering or withdrawn in accordance with the stated terms.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits granted by cuci88 to members subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited via approved payment methods, as distinct from bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before related winnings can be withdrawn.

02 Member Eligibility

Use of the cuci88 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Have not self-excluded from any gambling platform or been declared a problem gambler by any recognised body;
• Registering in their own name and not in any other capacity;
• Not representing a corporate entity or third party during registration.

cuci88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Users who are unable to verify their eligibility risk having their account suspended until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to have one active account in the cuci88 system. Registering multiple accounts or providing false information during registration is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, mobile number, and a valid email address;
• Update your account information should any changes occur;
• Keep your password confidential and not share your login details with anyone;
• Notify cuci88 immediately if your account is accessed without authorisation.

cuci88 is not responsible for losses arising from a user's failure to protect their own login information.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

cuci88 accepts deposits via the following local and international payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method chosen. cuci88 does not charge additional fees on deposits, however third-party payment providers may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.

Funds will only be credited to your account after payment has been received and confirmed. cuci88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must be made from an account in the user's own name.

05 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after account information verification is complete.

The withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved by the management team;
• Users must complete the identity verification process at least once before a withdrawal request is approved;
• Any wagering requirements linked to bonuses must be fully met before the related funds may be withdrawn;
• cuci88 reserves the right to request additional documents for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.

Failed withdrawal requests due to inaccurate payment account information are entirely the user's responsibility.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

cuci88 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to RM1,500 for eligible new members. For example: a deposit of RM100 receives a RM100 bonus, bringing the total balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 to be met before withdrawal is permitted. For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM3,200 receives a RM1,500 bonus, bringing the balance to RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

The general terms for all cuci88 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any portion of the bonus or related winnings can be withdrawn;
• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value received;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user;
• cuci88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse, cuci88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the cuci88 platform are operated by licensed software providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome.

The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by players or by cuci88. cuci88 is not responsible for any technical disruptions caused by internet issues on the user's end during an active game session.

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, the records stored on cuci88's servers are final and binding unless proven otherwise through an investigation conducted by cuci88.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from doing the following on the cuci88 platform:

• Using third-party software, bots, or any automated method to interfere with gameplay;
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live games;
• Using a cuci88 account for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Spreading offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content through any communication channel on the platform;
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system without reporting them to cuci88.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting cuci88 customer service via live chat or email. Before closure takes effect, any valid real money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable conditions.

cuci88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user breaches any provision of this Agreement;
• There is reasonable doubt that the registration information is false or misleading;
• There is suspicious activity or non-compliance with anti-money laundering regulations;
• The user is identified as a person prohibited by a responsible gambling regulatory body.

10 Limitation of Liability

cuci88 is not liable for any indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profit, or other financial losses suffered by users as a result of using this platform.

cuci88's total liability against any user claim will not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Users acknowledge that online gambling carries real financial risk and that cuci88 makes no guarantee of profit or returns from gambling activity.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

cuci88 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the cuci88 website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

Continued use of the platform after amendments are published is considered acceptance of the revised terms. If a user does not agree with the amendments, they have the right to close their account.

For significant amendments, cuci88 will endeavour to notify users via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the amendments take effect.

12 Responsible Gambling
